That meeting can be over the phone, online or in person at one of our offices. In this meeting, we’ll talk in real detail about your goals, your circumstances and your needs. Together, we’ll explore the key issues – look at your legal routes, your finances, where you will live and what this will mean for your family.

What does Berwins’ Pathway involve?

Together, we’ll explore the options open to you, what possible outcomes there might be and the approach most suited to you. Once we’ve agreed this, we’ll set out a guide on the associated timings, costs and stages, leaving you with a clear understanding of where you stand and how we can reach the best outcome.

After the meeting, we will confirm all our views in writing, giving you a clear plan – a Pathway which is the first, crucial step in moving towards your new future.
